      Pros

      Good 401K and ESOP benefit, the big company has it's advantages and some great people work here.

      Cons

      Bad medical insurance for company this size, majority of service side is not held accountable, service is not run like a service company, and favoritism is rampant. I think it is rated high by so many because they are not held accountable.

      OSHA violations,supervisor had no regard for safety. Safety employee person was in on cover up!
