Hiring new talent with external experience to change the we have always done it that way mindset

Micromanaging VP, failed ERP software is crippling the company, lack of experience in the IT space impacts us all and CIO should retire.

New CEO started in January and is doing a great job. He cares about our Partners, Great medical benefits package. We have not had any increases to what we pay for benefits in several years. We also have great training opportunities.

Cons

Working outside in the summer heat can be challenging.
