Pros

The TD Spirit of servant leadership culture coupled with employee ownership enables amazing teamwork and collaboration. We are all in it together! The level of expertise throughout the organization, both field and office is second to none. Extremely diverse business with multiple markets and project types, so lots of opportunities to continually learn and experience new things.

Cons

Coming out of some tough times, but TD is headed in the right direction with a bright future ahead. Somewhat complex systems are being simplified.

Benifits and training available are the best things about this company. But as of 2023. Not so much.

Cons

New CEO and Administrative positions changed every year it seems since about 2022 or 2023. It's a sinking ship.
