As a partner, you're not held accountable unless you do something really jacked up.

Cons

As a partner, you're not held accountable unless you do something really jacked up. So those who do their job wind up carrying a lot of others who don't do the bare minimum. I was lucky in the managers I had who just let me do my job, and didn't force me to fall on my sword when others didn't do their share.

Bonus opportunities, stock opportunities, regular training, good culture, good people

Cons

Some people might not like the fact that because the project durations are a little longer (2-3 years), you could go some time without receiving new projects.
