      No Such Thing as Perfect

      Pros

      The pay is good for it not being Union. Most guys are pretty easy to get along with. Always enough work for everyone for guys that want OT and the ones that don't.

      Cons

      My own personal opinion on TD: Too many young APM's that get little to no support. A lot of field guys standing around or walking back to and from their cars not doing anything but always wanting a raise. Weed out the dead weight.
