Great culture. My Manager really cares about me as a person. TD offers great benefits. Partners (employees) have not had any increases to our medical premiums in 3 years and what we pay for benefits is below what most companies charge their employees and we still have great coverage.

Cons

Still working through some system implementation issues but those seem to be improving.

None. Hostile work environment. Constantlthreat of losing job.

Cons

Leadership is horrible. Company losses have been unusually high. My 401k loss has consistently been 20% and climbing.
