Esop Insurance was decent Fun quarterly huddles

Cons

Trash employees who like to start drama Work you like a dog and then pass you over when it's time for promotions Hire straight up felons with multiple convictions to be supervisors. Horrible upper management in Dallas so disconnected from reality in other locations.

Lots of non educated old fashion people in important rolls. Management wise the company has a very shady future.
