Senior leadership is not held to the same standards as their subordinates. Servant Leadership is not practiced by leadership, it is just window dressing. Leadership tends to make decisions based on what will support their agenda, not what is best for the Partners or the company. You are less likely to be heard if you do not have a VP at the end of your name. “Work life balance” is just a phrase to get you in the door, once you’re there, you are expected to work yourself into the ground.

One of TD's Core Values is to "Celebrate the Power of Individual Differences" and this is not just a catch-phrase created in a boardroom. The founder of TD, Jack Lowe, Sr, was instrumental in the history of Dallas by leading the court-appointed charge to help desegregate our schools. He was able to do this due to his ability to see the value in all people, and that characteristic is expected of all Partners today.

Great Sr. Superintendent's and the work relationships with other contractors is amazing. Good Benefits and pay.

Cons

The company is growing and promoting some personnel that don't have the field experience needed to run a department fairly and without micro managing to allow the lower supervisors to grow.
