When you start working at TD, you quickly realize that this isn't like other companies. TD's mission is to create career opportunities for our Partners. Many of the leaders started out in the trades and are now leading the company. TD is an employee owned company. Employees are called Partners because 80% of them own stock in the company. When TD has a good year, it is the Partners who benefit, not anonymous investors who are only looking out for the share price.

Cons

Prior to COVID working remotely wasn't an option.
