      Family atmosphere, free education for trades and college, chances to move up.

      Pros

      Good 401K and ESOP benefit, the big company has it's advantages and some great people work here.

      Cons

      Bad medical insurance for company this size, majority of service side is not held accountable, service is not run like a service company, and favoritism is rampant. I think it is rated high by so many because they are not held accountable.

      Pros

      Insurance, 401K, FSA, big on being healthy, money for uniforms/shoes.

      Cons

      I could only speak for the Dallas office since I e never worked in any other office. They pick people to manage department even though they do not have the knowledge in that trade therefore we're left to train them. The play favoritism and let everyone in the warehouse know your personal business. They've let go of people who have worked there over 20 years. TD was a good company before new management was placed. I feel like it's going down hill.
