      Pros

      please keep in mind I have only been here for 2 weeks, but everything I have seen up to this point has been the best I have experienced in 28 years of working.

      Cons

      At this point I have not seen any, other than my training has been pretty sparse, but that is because my supervisor has been out most of my time with a surgery. It should pick back up once she returns next week.
