Pros
Servant Leadership culture places emphasis on managers focusing on their employees. Leaders are held accountable for being a Servant Leader through supervisor surveys completed annually by employees on their leader. Employee-owned company where employees are treated like "Partners" and the company's financials, strategies, etc. are shared with the employees - there is transparency and open communication. Work/life balance is promoted and encouraged by my leader. Friendly Work Environment - employees treat each other like family, care and concern for each other.
Cons
Due to "entrepreneurial spirit" that is encouraged at TD, sometimes each office can feel like a "silo" entity making consistent practices/processes across the organization a challenge.
