Pros

If there was one saving grace it was that my immediate managers were pretty cool. The benefits were decent as well.

Cons

Quotas were unattainable month-over-month; Paid upon install (30% of them don't end up happening); No modern CRM system (everything is done in the form of physical paperwork)
