Pros

Flexibility, uncapped commissions, credits towards TV, Phone, and internet services, full benefits, 401K. Work at your own pace, great coworkers, and great supervisor. Company treats you like a person, not a number, you are valued.

Cons

Some procedures do not work out the best. Behind the times on somethings, need updates to work procedures, to work more efficiently.

Pros

decent pay raises, co-workers are easy to get along with, communications between departments was good. Sales would give customer expectations that were unrealistic at time. Amount of work has slowed down, makes you wonder about the future.

Cons

no real upward movement as management doesn't change much, to much reliance on numbers, even though sometimes they aren't accurate.
