Have very strict regulations and criteria when doing your job. Also they monitor every aspect of your job.

Decent pay is the only benefit.

Cons

This position required employees to work after hours, unpaid, which is very much illegal. Management is by far the worst I've encountered in my lifetime. They excel at micromanging and making employees cry. When you reiterate their words, they tell you that you're not listening and deny ever having said that. They also make you call them on your personal line so that these conversations are not recorded.
