There are literally too many to name but I'll name a few: My boss is amazing My coworkers are incredible and team oriented The benefits are INCREDIBLE and very thorough My job is fulfilling and varied I have learned so much working in this field and the job security is there because the markets are new and fiber is the future.

I came into TDS when they first launched into my area. Helena, MT in fact I was the very technician so with the area still being built I got to take part into several different projects, helping build a node sites, building a hubsite, building and launching a dfn, scripting nodes and much more. The experience has been incredible. Aside from that, the company has great benefits and great upper staff that really care about the company. One of my biggest things that I really appreciate about the company is how community driven they are. For my area, the marketing team is solid will go do community events to get involved and I absolutely love that.

Cons

At the time of writing this I cannot think of any cons, the company is truly great.
