      Pros

      Good opportunity to work with globally located colleagues. The company is run in global operations.

      Cons

      The company is not fully leveraging global operations. Manufacturing in China doesn't seem to contribute its cost competitiveness. Depending on the market situation of each business division, some of them should focus on cost reduction even though it has to cut down some benefits. Too much overhead will lay down gloomy futures.

      High stress on management . Tensions between different departments to achive targets. Traning possibilities not very good.
