      Pros

      The company is good for long time employment.

      Cons

      It is very difficult to grow in position or knowledge. Opportunity are not given for furthering knowledge or skill and so no scope to grow.

      Pros

      TE has good products and some good people left. It's hard to come up with many positive points these days.  It's unfortunate as this used to be such a great place to work.

      Cons

      There just are not enough people.  Between layoffs and attrition its absolutely bare bones.  The place has a reputation amongst local candidates.  Only able to attract new grads, the unemployed, and military placements.  We just had another layoff, four people with a total of 70 years experience.
