      Pros

      They have "some" great middle management to upper management.

      Cons

      what the other guy said about Oceanside is true. I been working there for awhile now and it sad to say but the low paying jobs, back stabbing, throwing ppl under the bus pointing finger at each other is sad. When I 1st started working there I saw a least 1 to 2 ppl getting fired a week for 2 months and some of those that got fire because of people just lying to HR. I am still working at TE but I for one hope to god I find better paying job soon. So I can get out of the very toxic environment

      Great team. We have training classes for employees. Really like the health reward gifts....

      Cons

      Big corporation, more bureaucracy. Managers focus only shipments and do not pay more details for R&D and product quality.
