Great pay, fun work atmosphere, easy money

Pros

Great hours except must be available for weekend work for different events, great pay ($25/hr as a promotional specialist), fun work environment, great job for a college student with minimum hours and maximum pay

Cons

not full time, all taxes are taken out at the end of the year so you must be prepared for that, somewhat disorganized company at times

Pros

Plenty of freedom as you work alone most of the time and aren't too micromanaged Most managers are pretty good and nice to work under Fun company environment, especially at trainings

Cons

High turnover due to the fact that while you are employed by TEAM, your employment relys on the client renewing their contract with TEAM every year-you never know until the last minute each year if you are employed or not, if you aren't, then you have to hope another brand has an opening or fight to relocate Sometimes communication from the top is lacking and conflicting practices are put into place since it was acquired by a bigger company Difficult to move up and make more money in the company, there are few levels of employment Can be a bit of a beauty/popularity contest

Pros

Large organization. Could probably get a job anywhere in the country had I stayed. I did not see upward mobility, at least for myself.

Cons

Felt like I had virtually no support, and no training. I was thrown into the fire and set up to fail.
