      Flexible work schedule. Opportunity to build relationships with different accounts to sell in fun promotions and events to drive in customers.

      Cons

      May have to work a few hours over the weekend when setting up events.

      Pros

      The accounts team created a wonderful environment to work in. There were great benefits and perks to enjoy. Very understating management. Overall a great experience for a marketing agency.

      Cons

      A lot of overtime due to lack of resources in the creative department since the new business team had to share them with the Bacardi team. It felt at times that Bacardi projects would require priority over new business projects.

      Pros

      I enjoyed working with TEAM Enterprises as they offered great employee benefits, healthcare and PTO. I got answers right away from administration and they reached out to me when they needed updates to my profile. TEAM is a third party marketing agency so I worked for another company as well, but TEAM handled all of my business affairs (paychecks, hiring, benefits, health insurance etc.)

      Cons

      Expense card with them was a challenge at times getting reimbursed. And the interview process was timely but worth it.
