Great job if you like talking and engaging with people. Very flexible hours, and your compensation was dependant on how much time you wanted to put into it.

Cons

Sometimes the locations I went to were a little sketchy to be alone in as a girl late night.

Bar staff being uninformed that you will be executing promo, sometimes intercepts are too intoxicated and you cannot serve them and it may get a little awkward

Pros

Overall, good company to work for. My manager was fair. I do believe they care about their employees and they always say they do, they just lack action to show it. They ask for employee feedback on surveys, but nothing ever comes from it.

Cons

No job stability, your position could be cut at any moment and I have seen it happen. Each year it happens. Also, benefits could be better. Pay is severely lacking and that is why there are always managers leaving each year (apart from the job cuts each year). Bonuses are offered, but they are small ($200-500) and usually not worth the extra work they require. Also, little to no room for growth unless you want to relocate to headquarters in FL. Employees at headquarters are treated very differently than anyone else across the country. Employees in FL are treated much better.
