Team has always been able to work with me and to help me figure out my next steps. I love the current outlook of my job and feel that I can progress to bigger and better things through the company.

Cons

More focus on smaller stores. It can be easy to forget about them.

I love the company lately they have been taking away perks of the job and adding responsibilities which kinda sucks but I understand why too many people are ruining it for the people who don't abuse things.

Cons

the pressure to close goals I know we are very goal orientated but if I'm closing mine and the store is closing its why do I get pressure to close 4 other things that don't fall under my Bonus goals.
