      Pros

      The company has the consumer and the worker in mind. Great work life balance. Great incentives and contests with amazing prizes. Money is amazing if you're willing to listen and learn from those who are successful around you.

      Cons

      Short staffing from time to time can be stressful, but the team works hard to get things taken care of.

      Pros

      The sales reps were great. Amanda in the mattoon store is wonderful to work for. The job generally is a decent job to have.

      Cons

      The commission structure is totally unfair. The only way you’ll make money is if the entire store does well. HR lied and said we signed non competes and after asking for a copy we know longer signed one.

      TEAM spirit, lots of communication, sales reps can make decent commission if they actually put forth the effort and know how to sell.

      Low salary for store managers as compared to regional and national averages and as compared to the sales reps they supervise.
