Pros
The technology behind the Tegile storage arrays is sound and true. Excellent performance and ease of use make this a worthy product.
Cons
The organization is functioning in a very competitive market without a clear goal of which segments they want to attack or the correct individuals in key positions to get them there. Communication between the different departments is non-existent so high level talent in one department is not leveraged in other departments. There is very little communication between upper management and the work force indicating strategy or goals.
