Company has provided stable positions and career growth for a lot of employees. Great management, great training. Amazing benefits.

Cons

The new upper board changed the company's ethos. Instead of caring about the quality of content, it has become all about numbers and lay off have been happening left and right.

Pays WELL! Plenty of free time on the company watch to walk around, sit under trees and cause trouble. Free money the more problems you cause. Jsut call corporate and say that your general manager is harrassing or is bieng cruel to you and you can lie on them asn stay and get paid! $$$

Cons

Incentives for the scrubs of the city. Second and third chance station. Mediocre is welcomed, no penalty is issued if you suck.
