Pros
Such an innovative, amazing company to work for. Truly inspired by their ability to stay ahead of the curve and their focus on bettering the communities that they serve. Upper management is fantastic and very understanding. I also feel like the work/life balance as well as pay is great!
Cons
Healthcare plan is AWFUL. Sometimes feels as though the company is so large that opinions aren't heard, but that's what you get working for a big company. Upward mobility is hard.
