Cons

The other 2 percent are talent or management and I'd rather work in a pit of vipers.

The culture is results-oriented but collaborative and flexible. Most people who work here are very serious about their work, but also like to have fun.

Cons

There is constant pressure to do more with less. I enjoy the hardworking but fun atmosphere, but it is a lean-and-mean environment that can be somewhat stressful.
