      I don’t have any good reason to recommend.

      Cons

      Weak leadership, extremely low pay, 48k after years of experience. That’s not even a living wage in SoCal. Their news will tell you that but they won’t do anything to help you. Local leadership is powerless and corporate leadership is out of touch and greedy. Internal promotions are very hard to come by and the new talent they hire instead is a joke. Just look at their on-air reporters and graphics: unprofessional. Remote work is a four-letter word to them, regardless that the entire corporate model is based around remote hubs.

      Pros

      Low accountability, lavish lunches, free tickets to events, managers will get “creative” when coding new business, frequent bonuses, generous time off. But all of the above is only for those that are part of the chosen.

      Cons

      If you aren't part of the chosen (relatives and friends) none of the pros apply to you. If you have a complaint don't bother going to HR. If you do they will target you until you resign or have a breakdown. Some managers have several complaints against them, they pay no attention to patterns of bullying by management. They can make anyone look good or bad.

      Always had great fellow employees, unfortunately no one stays

      Cons

      Terrible news management, the turn over is unbelievable! The health benefits are basically non existent . The station I worked at fell from second to the bottom because they let go all the experienced people over the years. Amateur hour.
