      1. Employees are free to choose places as multiple options are there. 2. Advance working culture. 3. Good employee management, people are helpful. 4. HR policies are pre-determined and very smooth interaction with HR department. 5. Good salary structure.

      Cons

      1. Additional benefits like rewards, relocation, reimbursement of broadband, home setup, bonuses etc are missing. 2. Very low count of leaves, Holidays. 3. No training and upgrade plateform to learn more technology.
