      Pros

      - Mostly responsive staff. - Co-contractors were excellent, performed far above their pay rate.

      Cons

      - Roll of the dice with contracts. Some employers will be better than others. - Was not able to get assigned to another job, but this was probably a location issue.

      Weekly pay is a nice perk that’s about it

      Cons

      The company is a former shell of itself. Especially the Minnesota office. Corporate take over has stripped the MN DBO of all autonomy and is destroying the business and the local office. The industry is changing but the company refuses to invest in changes that make a real difference. If you haven’t worked here for 15+ years good luck. Leadership praises the internal support of tenure folks but they don’t support the new employees like they did themselves back in the 90’s. If you do decide to work here it will give you great experience for what ever you chose to next but it’s simply a stepping stone company. This is a luck based role. Maybe you get a great territory, maybe your stuck with a dry territory and forced to cold call the same 100 people for a Panera gift card and told “find small wins”

      Mayuri: One of the most supportive HRs I’ve worked with. She is always available 24*7, responds quickly, and solves issues with a positive attitude. Her dedication makes employees feel secure and valued. Kajal: Very professional and approachable. She communicates clearly, connects with employees in the right way, and makes sure every query is handled properly. Always helpful and polite. Neha Ojha: Extremely cooperative and patient. She explains processes well, follows up whenever needed, and ensures that employees don’t face unnecessary delays. Her guidance has been very valuable.

      Cons

      Processes sometimes take extra time. More training and career development opportunities could be added.
