Pros
You get a good tier-I client project working in the client environment and client location, and nothing much. Risk of layoffs and searching new client project within 60 days in the bench. Your contract gets renewed every year or 6 months, and there is no guarantee, at least in my client (Big 4), that it will not convert into a permanent position on the client side. Rarely or occasanily if you prove your worth to client managers they will refer your resume to be converted into full time employment with clients.
