Not enough pay for the work we have to do. Internal Competition is crazy. Hire way too many employees every single week.

Their training program is getting better but in previous years it has been rather subpar and you're basically expected to figure it out on your own. The territories that are distributed (at least in this area) are 95% cold, and much of that 95% don't like us due to excessive outreach (20+ times) and aggressive behavior from salespeople in the past. Unless you are one of the select few who fall into a good territory, then it's an outrageous uphill battle and nobody in the office is seeing growth, including those who have been here 10+ years. It's the general consensus that unless you get a warm territory in an industry that's not struggling then it's just not worth the years of effort.
