Pros

The pros are the benefits.

Cons

The cons are that one person's word is believed over another's without any investigation or communication. Pettiness and jealousy abound, and the people that rise above it are terminated. The insecure, jealous ones cause havoc and get other people fired, even though the person's work was extraordinary. One person's lies destroyed one person's livelihood. They should be ashamed. And if there is a problem btn co-workers, you are told to "give them feedback" and not address a supervisor with the problem. If the "feedback" doesn't resolve anything, you are told "you didn't find value in the feedback" and are written up. Bizarre.

Pros

30,000 base salary as a recruiter. Very aggressive commission structure. Need to be money motivated. Great culture

Cons

Long hours. Lots of failure. Need to be ok with being bad at your job for at least a year before seeing success

Pros

Great company to start your career with. Great people to work with and they have a great management strategy in place. Promote from within. Hard workers and top performers will be recognized (usually) I believe you get the best training and guidance in the first 9 weeks of being an employee. They have created a repeatable process for any hard worker to be successful.

Cons

Salary is not the best, but the potential earnings are through the roof (literally). Uncapped commission but they started to sunset commissions after a certain period of time. Your first 2 years you will work very long hours (50-60hrs/wk), but if that's something you're okay with then you'll be fine. Depending on the type of manager you're paired with, you can succeed really fast or struggle in the first 12-18 months.
