There is nothing that I enjoyed about being with this company.
Cons
Most of the coworkers have the maturity of a high school student. There is no work-life balance. This company is very micromanaged and you are being watched every minute. You are required to work very long hours (7:30-6:00) and if you leave early then you get hazed for it. If you don't fit within the company clique then you are an outcast. Significant others are not allowed to attend anything. The say most people in their first year make around $60,000 however, I did the math while there and there is no way that is possible. They make you think that you are with a good company and in a good position when you aren't.
