1. Recruiter specially Juana Fernandes is extremely interactive, friendly and helpful and caters the needs and requirements of the candidates. 2. Culture is pretty good. 3. We can share any concerns with the recruiters and that's looked upon. Juana helped me a lot. 4. Company is because of amazing talent and people around and that's what I found in my recruiter, that's why I like working in the organization. 5. Compensation is good. 6. Good clients and quality development work.

I have been working at Teksystem since 2 yrs and i have found below good things : 1.Good pay and friendly culture. 2.Salary is on time and salary structure is clear. 3.Recruiters are very supportive and they frequently take your feed back and listen your problrms.Specially i want to mention here Juana fernandes, she is very hard working and supportive. 4.Appraisal process is transparent and good hike. 5.Good management and other staff. 6.Good banking clients. 7.Notice period which is 1 month only. Again this depends on client and project but till now i have seen mostly people satisfied with teksystem.

Cons

1.Leaves can be increased from 21 still not bad 2.Still missing some good banking clients in pune hope they cover those also. 3.Mediclaim coverage can be increased from 3 lac
