Before segmenting a company, in general, we all have the following points a) How good is the pay with respect to the current market trend, for my experience. b) How's the work culture. c) (May be the least if a & b were great) Employee engagement. TEKsystems has grown beyond all proportions when compared to its peers in the above aspects. I find it strange - that the HRs in TEKsystems so employee friendly and down to earth, having served for another service based company prior to TEK I am into 3rd month after joining this company and I was greeted, always, with a great smile and kind gestures from the recruitment/HR teams To put it in a nutshell: If you have an opportunity to work with TEK, better grab it. For , you might miss the opportunity to grow technically and socially. However, it's one's decision to work as a contractor or a full timer. But for me, as long as I'm paid, I don't mind. You never know how table turns in future.
