Pros
They really work with you as a consultant to chase down leads and get interviews. They're good problem solvers when you are having challenges with an engagement. I have some health issues which compromises my ability to be in the office regularly. They assisted me to get reasonable accommodations. I've worked at a lot of consulting groups. Many recruiters consider you a widget. TEK is one of the very few that demonstrates their concern for the individual.
Cons
In my experience, they have been fair; held up their end of contracts.
