Pros
Invests heavily in training new employees, great place to learn the craft of recruiting, great place to make professional friends and contacts. You can make mid-high 6 figure total comp.
Cons
Greedy corporate leadership, year over year revenues and profits hit all time highs yet they continue to shrink incentives and compensation. They are run from Baltimore and local Directors typically are puppets. They require you to sell from their "portfolio" of services and lack creativity in crafting or delivering solutions. Typically this is what the client wants, something that is different than every other staffing/ services company out there.
