The best part is that the HR is always available at the client location to help and guide you in the right direction. Lots of conversions from Contract to Full time happen due to the agreements they make with the clients. As per the BU we get goodies very often to encourage the employees. Overall, I recommend this company to my colleagues, family and friends.

My background has nothing to do with sales, and I wouldn't say that I am very money motivated at all, which is perhaps a bit unusual. However, ever since starting at TEKsystems, I have found nothing but a supportive and nurturing environment: as a recruiter, you will be paired with a more senior member of staff and learn from them on a daily basis. I was very lucky and my own senior introduced to both the candidate and the client side of things from the very beginning. Expectations are very high, but realistic: you won't be judged for leaving at the end of your (very long) shift, as long as your inputs were there. It is possible and reasonably easy to meet your daily targets, though you will have to be fairly strategic and well planned throughout the day. In fact, while 9 hours are enough for you to get everything done, this will realistically only happen if you work with minimum distractions. Otherwise, you may find it quite difficult to hit targets or have to stay longer. Because all consultants started out as recruiters, everyone in the office is acutely aware of how difficult being a recruiter can be. I think being open and reaching out to people around you is key to making the most out of the experience, particularly when you are struggling with negativity/mental health.
