- No opportunities for professional growth; you stay where you are at and do what you do.
- No such thing as career advancement either within TEKsystems (at least not that I have experienced)
- Compensation per hour is incredibly low! Co-workers at the same level get paid at different rates
- Benefits Package? None in my case - no coverage for hospital visits, etc.
- Info overall is not widely shared. If there is a problem at several sites, be prepared to be told that "your site" is the only one experiencing it.
- "Rules of the Game" change all the time. Reimbursements for different items will increase and decrease all the time making it difficult to keep track of how much of what is allowed.
- Received zero job performance feedback (nothing at all! - but received several requests directly from the client which must be a good thing)
- You may do good work all the time. But the reward for doing great work is......more great work!
- Co-workers (if in a group) may mistreat you on the job (make sure you report it when it happens)
- Management has strange view of "respect" - you either do the work or get laid off, you either feel great all the time or get laid off if you get sick.
- No paid time off, only off on weekends
- No balance between work life and personal life (they prefer that you work all the time)
- No promotions (as far as I have experienced)
