      TEKsystems provides great opportunities for professionals

      Pros

      There is a good variety of career opportunities available at TEKsystems. They provide online training on many different subjects which enhances career advancement. The staff is very professional, easy to get along with and works hard for their clients. Benefits are provided, including 401k, medical, LTD, STD and life insurance. The staff stays in touch with employees on a weekly basis via email, chat and phone calls.

      Cons

      Paid holidays must be negotiated when signing the contract. In addition, there is no paid sick leave as the positions are contract placements. The medical, LTD, STD and life insurance benefits that are provided are sub-standard and expensive.

      Pros

      They have good connections. Place you on a project in reasonable time.They review your performance the client through out the project. Their training website has good courses.

      Cons

      Its a staffing company, so do not expect a career path. They take have huge margins and take a large chunk of your pay. No benefits and what ever little they have dont matter much.

      As a bodyshop employee, you get paid each week on Wednesday (direct deposit). I

      Cons

      Typical bodyshop, health benefits are a joke. $5,000 maximum per year with a $200 maximum emergency room visit per visit. If you pay more there are also $15,000 and $50,000 annual limits, but these plans are far, far more expensive than just going out and buying the most expensive plan you can find on your own.
