      Pros

      Some of the people that work here are easy on the eyes. Attractive on the outside but all very ugly on the inside.

      Cons

      They have no ethics here. They don't care about what is right in general, much less what is right for you.

      Different people are paid differently for doing the same job... Very likely racially motivated. Dont pay holidays.

      The people of course, everyone who works at TEK have similar personalities!

      Cons

      Unfortunately, This company needs a lot of work. Especially for being such a "people" focused environment they do not focus on CULTURE. Management can be pretty out of the picture when it comes to encouraging and motivating you to your goals. Heck, they might not even ask you them. Or they will but it does not seem to really matter. 7:30 to 5:30 EVERY DAY. For sales people, Clinging us to our desks like school children is NOT effective. People lose motivation by 4:30 because we have to be there until that deadline. Flexible hours? We work like mules at this place and don't get rewarded to well. Our accomplishments seem to go un noticed by management especially when you hit big milestones. We are on the phones all day talking to people who work in AMAZING environments.... yet our environment is less than par.
