Networking, Learning, Good work culture

Cons

There are few teams and few leaders who do not help you or see your efforts and capabilities. Rather they just blame you as if you doing nothing. And PIP is weapon for them to terminate the employees just like that. And They say to keep a open communication with leaders but if we do so then we become a perpetrator I'm their POV
