      Pros

      Professional staff that will throw you under the bus instead of supporting you with clients.

      Cons

      Careful. Their staff is congenial but some of them treat you like a commodity. If a client is unhappy, they will junk your resume and treat you like you're a piece of trash. One manger at a large employer didn't like me. After the manager canned me without cause (he just didn't like me personally) they treated me like crud. Even after the client canned the manager a few months later for firing too many people, TEKsystems still treated me like my resume had been blacklisted.

      Pros

      $50,000 base after 13 week training. Company expensed lunches.

      Cons

      A lot of new hires so the training which is supposed to be very hands on is extremely lack luster. Amount of tenured reps is dwendling and moving on to new companies because of the strictness and lack of pay based on new commission structure. More tenured reps think they know it all and in-open to new ideas.

      Pros

      There is opportunities for career advancement, they have a great culture, competitive atmosphere, you have the ability to make money (uncapped commission) and you're not micromanaged.

      Cons

      While the culture and competitive atmosphere is great, the stress to hit numbers and grow your business is non-stop. Not unheard of in any commission based role, there are just a lot of things that go into your being successful- some of which feel out of your control at times.
