I worked at TEK Systems Company for 4.5 years. One day, an HR representative scheduled a meeting and informed me that it was my last month, explaining that HSBC had cut the budget for my project. They gave me a specific end date with no prior warning. No severance compensation was offered by TEK Systems Company. I had reached out to HR multiple times requesting a project transfer, but received no response. Before joining, they had made many promising commitments, but once I was on board, none of those promises were honored.
