Pros
1. No typical managerial hierarchy is followed. 2. They would connect and follow up on the employee wellbeing for the first few months of onboarding.
Cons
1. Hike has no relation to performance. No Annual review happens with management. Used covid to deny hike for 2 consecutive years. 2. Policies changes overnight without even informing the employees. 3. Leave policies are pathetic. Out of 12 sick leaves, they park 6 as emergency sick leave which can only be used if you have medical documents. 4. Incompetent senior management. They ignore calls/texts/emails from employees for years but expect you to be proactive when they need anything. 5. No proactiveness or process followed. I had to follow up myself to initiate the exit process on my last working day. Overall I won't recommend it to anyone. Don't fall for the fake positive reviews here. Most of them are one-liner statements placed by the company itself.
