Pros
1. Good and timely salary (Depends on how well you can negotiate) 2. Gives you the opportunity to work with a few very good companies in IT domain like Expedia, Adobe, HSBC to name a few. 3. You can freely express if you want to change the project or client, they take care of your growth equally. 4. if your client company wants to convert you into a full-time role, you get proper support from TEK in a smooth transition.
Cons
1. No standard salary, all depends on your negotiation skills 2. Chase the manager for appraisals and promotions, they won't even bat an eye if you don't give reminders for your appraisal on year completion. 3. Very few annual and sick leaves compared to what's provided by others in the market.
