Pros

This company offers seemingly reliable work for individuals with a background in research, education, and so on. Their artificial intelligence is strong, and manages the onboarding/recruitment process.

Cons

I was offered a position, pending the completion of three exams. I studied their guidebook, which is extensively long and ambiguous at times, for three days. I learned there lingo, abbreviations, and all of the small details relating to this position. I had to retake the first exam, because they had a computer error, and I passed both times. On the second exam, I had to retake one question, because their computer did not save it (even though I have the completion page downloaded), and I passed. I was led to believe, through a massive string of emails (most of which were automated, and no human would answer me), and bribed with a $100 bonus for completion. As soon as I was done, I got a rejection email. I wasted countless hours doing things meticulously, and leaving extensive comments and emails describing challenges, ambiguities, difficulties, incongruency‘s, and everything in between. This has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

Pros

What most people don't realize or state is that this is an ideal job for disabled people or someone with work/income limits. I am on disability and like this job because: I can work from home in my bed where I spend a lot of time, I can choose my own schedule to work so don't have to work when I don't feel well, I can take a break whenever I want, I can control my income so I don't lose my benefits. That is, as long as I complete the minimum work time allowed each week of only 10 hours. And now I have extra income that gives me access to better help that will hopefully take me off disability.

Cons

The exam and studying that you must successfully complete before they hire you can be frustrating if you don't get the job. I have failed it but just asked for another opportunity to pass and got it. When working, the time limit is usually too short for me when doing tasks. Some of the training information is not given until you are working. You have to take only a few minutes to learn it and then try to complete your task on time. It does stress me out sometimes. But I want to keep working here.

Pros

There are no pros, I don’t recommend working here. Terrible is too nice of a word to describe this horrible company. My mental health has become worse because of working here. Working for this company makes you feel completely isolated and alone. There is no open communication. Team leaders barely respond to any questions or concerns from team members that need help. They expect you to do everything on your own while they kick back and relax. Forget about talking to Senior management, om's etc, they are not there to help you as well, unless you are a favorite of course. You get completely lost on what you’re supposed to do because no one is there to guide you. Training sets you up for failure, it wasn’t effective in helping me do my job properly. So called “policy experts” are just as bad as team leaders, that are supposed to help but do not, I think they just have the title for bragging rights. Work is often stagnant, there are days where it be little to no work to do and you just have to sit constantly refreshing your screen waiting for tasks to load up. It can be quite tedious. The system they give you to work with also stops working at any given time. Leaving you to deal with all on you’re own. Training doesn’t align with what you’re actually dealing with when you start working. I suggest not working for this company as the pay is not worth the constant stress to please senior management who could care less about your wellbeing.

Cons

Serious lack of open communication
