You get to work at home and you don't even have to talk to anyone. You also get flexible hours.

Cons

- 13/hr but you can work for 20 hours a week maximum. And if you believe you can get that easily, think again, the work is beyond tedious. - Their way of testing your quality is beyond unfair and impossible to get good quality. - You're paid for a set amount of time for each task, which means if you take 10 minutes on a 5 minute task, you're paid for only 5 minutes. - Not very good learning resources or support on rating better. - Mind numbing guidelines you have to read.
